This family owned and operated real estate company was founded by Pete Coury in 1968 when Pete was only 32 years old. Born of humble beginnings in Lebanon, Pete moved to the United States when he was 18 years old. His desire was to start  a real estate company based on longevity, strength and integrity; a company that he could pass on to his children and grandchildren for generations to come.  With over 900,000 sq. ft. of retail shopping centers and medical offices and 500,000 of land to be developed into a mixed use project, the company continually strives to add to it’s existing real estate portfolio that includes value based real estate with long term growth potential.
